Program Manager

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

1. To obtain the details from Material Department, Production, QA, Finance, Sales & Marketing to ensure all issues pertaining to customers part quality, delivery and logistics requirement are met.
2. To initiate and conduct new project introduction, project transfer or engineering change with all relevant department to ensure customer’s requirements are met.
3. To liaise with customer on new part / project requirement.
4. Issue Mould Trial Authorisation Form and internal coordination for mould trial.
5. To coordinate and follow-up on sample submission for approval.
6. Understand customer needs and requirements. Interpret them into tangible growth plans and directions for Adval Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd*.*
7. To support Sales staff in getting new raw material quotation and collecting information and price cost from subcontractors.
8. To ensure traceability of all documents in the filing system and meet IATF 16949 / ISO 9001/ ISO 13485 operational standard at all times.
9. To lead the project team on overall project preparation and functions.
10. To coordinate internally and externally towards customer satisfaction.
11. To perform sourcing and cost analysis with all subcontractors during initial start-up of project.
12. To work closely with sales and marketing team for any new project launch.
13. To conduct Internal Quality Audit as and when necessary.
14. Manage and execute project (duties) as assigned by management.
15. Ensure all relevant directives and policies circulated by management are effectively implemented.
16. To ensure total customer satisfaction of supply chain management.
17. Evaluate and establish internal control. To draft all IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 document as and when necessary.
18. Host customers visit and keep people internally informed on positions to take prior to visits.
19. New project/product implementation, monitoring and coordination from production launch till production
