Job Requirements :
- 12-24 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of electronic trading platforms, derivatives, equity markets, and trade life cycle processes.
- Proven track record as a Program Manager or Project Manager with expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
