Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Manager to oversee and coordinate various initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing daily operations, facilitating group activities, and collaborating closely with the leadership team to ensure program success. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support staff members to ensure effective team performance and development.
• Oversee daily operations of programs, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to organizational standards.
• Facilitate group activities, workshops, and collaborative sessions to promote engagement and progress.
• Work closely with the leadership team to align program objectives with organizational strategies.
• Monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements as needed.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets related to various projects within the program scope.
• Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, partners, and team members involved in program activities.

Experience

• Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing operational activities within a program or project environment.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience leading group discussions or workshops.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Prior experience in a Program Manager role or similar position is preferred.
• Relevant educational background in management, business administration, or related fields is advantageous.
• LADC, CADC is preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
