Program Manager

We are looking for a proactive Program Manager to help drive initiatives across the organization and serve as the bridge between strategy and execution in our client's BPO business.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, product, and engineering.
• Strong experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to track project performance.
• Certifications are considered advantageous like Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma Certification

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
• Translate business strategies into structured project plans and actionable workstreams.
• Oversee the full program lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, execution, monitoring, and post-project analysis.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain program dashboards, progress reports, and risk assessments for leadership.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
