Program Manager

Role Description The Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of لقاء الـ25 gatherings and related initiatives in a part-time, remote capacity. This role includes organizing meeting agendas, managing schedules, and coordinating communication among members to ensure smooth and timely collaboration. The Program Manager will document key discussion points and action items, follow up on commitments, and maintain records and reports for ongoing programs. Responsibilities also include supporting stakeholder engagement, managing online collaboration tools, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, logistics, and member experience.

Qualifications

• Program and project coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress.
• Stakeholder management and communication abilities to collaborate with senior leaders and diverse participants.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience working remotely, with proficiency in digital collaboration tools and virtual meeting platforms.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Background in program management, community building, or event coordination is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, public administration, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
