Program Manager

Role Purpose

We are looking for a proactive, high-potential Program Manager to drive execution across customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and operations. This role serves as the central point of coordination, ensuring customer commitments, project milestones, material readiness, and engineering deliverables are completed on time.

Unlike a traditional administrative PM, this role requires strong ownership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills to identify risks early, align stakeholders, and drive actions to closure.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Customer Coordination:

Drive project schedules, milestones, and customer commitments. Act as a key point of contact between customers, Taiwan operations, India engineering teams, and suppliers.

Engineering & Action Item Management:

Track engineering deliverables, follow up on action items, and ensure commitments are completed according to project timelines.

Material & Supplier Coordination:

Monitor material readiness, procurement status, repair activities, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to support customer requirements.

Reporting & Project Visibility:

Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders. Consolidate information across teams and highlight key risks, issues, and execution progress.

Risk & Change Management:

Identify project risks, schedule delays, material shortages, and execution bottlenecks. Drive mitigation plans and support engineering change implementation activities.

Customer Meeting & Communication:

Lead project review meetings, maintain clear communication with customers, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience:

4+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, or Engineering Coordination.

Growth Mindset:

Strong ownership, logical thinking, and a willingness to learn complex technical products and customer environments.

ODM / EMS Familiarity:

Experience working with Tier-1 ODM or EMS companies (Wistron, Foxconn, Quanta, Pegatron, Compal, etc.) is highly preferred.

Communication & Language:

Fluent in English and Mandarin with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and global teams.

Technical Awareness:

• Basic understanding of engineering, manufacturing, test systems, or service operations. Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical discussions.
