Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex data transformation activities, program mobilisation, scheduling, and resource management. If you possess a strong blend of project management expertise and business analysis capabilities, this long-term contract opportunity offers a chance to shape critical data infrastructure and governance frameworks through to December 2027.

1. What You Will Do:

• Lead complex data and reporting transformation initiatives, including mobilisation, scheduling, and resource management.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation, process analysis, report rationalisation, and current-state to future-state gap analysis.
• Develop report catalogues and establish transparent prioritisation criteria based on usage, business value, operational risk, and technical complexity.
• Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for Power BI dashboards, paginated reporting, and dimensional databases.
• Establish robust data governance and reporting controls, including business glossaries, data dictionaries, data lineage, entity relationship documentation, and version controls.

1. What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Demonstrated Project Management experience leading complex data and reporting transformation initiatives.
• Strong Business Analysis capabilities, including workshop facilitation, business rules documentation, traceability, and acceptance criteria.
• Practical understanding of Power BI dashboards, paginated reporting, semantic models, SQL, and dimensional databases to challenge designs and support development.
• Proven track record in establishing effective governance, risk management, testing, and UAT controls.
• Exceptional facilitation, consultation, and communication skills across operational, technical, finance, change management, and executive leadership teams.
