Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• SOP Development & Documentation
• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs for multiple departments and business processes
• Understand departmental workflows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Standardize procedures to ensure operational consistency and compliance
• Implementation & TrainingMonitor the implementation of SOPs and ensure adherence across teams
• Conduct training sessions to educate employees on new and revised SOPs
• Maintain centralized SOP records with proper version control
• Process Improvement & Coordination
• Track process performance and recommend improvements
• Work closely with management to ensure SOPs align with organizational objectives
• Coordinate cross-department activities to ensure smooth functional operations

Key Requirements

• Experience in SOP creation, process management, or program management preferred.
