What they need
- The Program Manager for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at the Danvers manufacturing site provides endtoend leadership for the planning, governance, and execution of MES initiatives supporting manufacturing operations. This role leads crossfunctional teams in deploying and sustaining the standardized global MES template (Critical Manufacturing), including required Danversspecific localizations, while ensuring alignment to business priorities, operational readiness, and enterprise standards.
- The PM is accountable for integrated delivery across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality and compliance, site readiness, training and change management, golive, and hypercare. The role ensures minimal disruption to production and a controlled transition from implementation to steadystate operations. Program scope includes enabling realtime production visibility, replacing paperbased records with electronic DHR (eDHR), and coordinating integration between MES and site and enterprise systems such as BPCS ERP, Cornerstone/CSOD, equipment connectivity, and other applications defined in project charters and SOWs.
This role is aligned to the Danvers Manufacturing site in Danvers, MA. While preference is given to candidates based nearby with the ability to work onsite, all qualified candidates will be considered provided they are able to travel to the Danvers site at least biweekly.
