What they need
We are looking for proactive and responsible candidates who can effectively manage teams and oversee daily operations for our AI Data Operations team.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline. Proficiency in English and Hindi (Speaking, writing and reading). Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS excel.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the AI Data Operations team. Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and task completion. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Resolve team and operational issues efficiently. Maintain performance reports and operational records. Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
