Program Manager

Big Cat Sanctuary Alliance (“BCSA”) is hiring a Program Manager to assist in the daily operations of our organization. The Program Manager assists with administrative duties, fundraising, and program support. Their duties will include maintaining licenses, leading the work on sponsorships, marketing, and communications, supporting the board and subcommittees with their work, in addition to other program needs.

This position is a remote, part-time, non-exempt position. We are offering $25/hour for a 15-hour work week. In odd years, we produce a national conference. During the planning and execution of the conference, the hours may go up to 35 hours/week for possibly four weeks.

BCSA is a small, passionate, volunteer-led organization with an operating budget of $75,000/year. We work with big cat sanctuaries and partner members to end the exploitation of exotic cats in the United States. BCSA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
