What they need
Plan and execute strategic programs, manage end-to-end franchise expansion, build SOPs and RACI matrices, track cross-functional KPIs, and create MIS reporting dashboards to drive operational efficiency.
Required Candidate profile
MBA/PGDM with 2–6 years in program management, operations, or strategy. Proficient in Excel, SOP creation, MIS dashboards, and multi-team coordination. EV/logistics experience is a plus.
