Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager – Digital & Martech to manage and deliver multiple client-facing programs across digital marketing, marketing technology, analytics, campaign services, digital transformation, and AI-led initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program management, acting as a key point of coordination between clients, internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, project governance, and the ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in parallel.

Key Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, including scope, planning, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and closure.
• Manage multiple client-facing projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, managing communication, expectations, reviews, and escalations.
• Coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams including MarTech, Campaign Services, Analytics, Digital Marketing, Technology, Data, AI, Creative, Product, and Business teams.
• Drive collaboration, manage inter-team dependencies, ensure smooth handoffs, and resolve delivery blockers.
• Establish project governance, track KPIs, milestones, risks, resources, and dependencies, and provide regular status updates to clients and leadership.
• Identify process improvements, strengthen delivery practices, and drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and program outcomes.

Skills & Experience Required

• 8–12 years of overall experience in Program Management, Project Management, Digital Operations, Client Delivery, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects/programs in parallel.
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders, including client-facing responsibilities.
• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams across technology, analytics, marketing, operations, and business functions.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing project reviews, escalations, requirements, and expectations.
• Possess a strong understanding of basic technology and digital concepts, enabling effective communication and coordination with technical teams and clients.
• Experience in one or more of the following domains:
• MarTech, Digital Marketing, Campaign Services, Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, AI / GenAI, Marketing Automation, Data & Analytics, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• PMP, Agile/Scrum certification would be an added advantage.
