Program Manager

Position Summary: This is a highly coordination- and facilitation-focused role within the Defense & Aerospace / Commercial Contracting environment. The Junior Program Manager will support approximately 6–7 small-to-medium projects simultaneously, working closely with 5 client-side PMs and engagement executives. The ideal candidate will help facilitate communication, fill gaps, and ensure follow-through without spearheading projects or independently building project plans.
