What they need
- Build a high-performing rider team by improving acquisition, onboarding, retention, productivity, and
earnings.
- Optimize dark store operations by identifying bottlenecks and improving order processing, picking, packing,
and dispatch.
Improve warehouse efficiency across inventory movement, receiving, put-away, replenishment, and dispatch.
Use data to identify operational gaps and implement solutions that improve performance and efficiency.
Build scalable processes and systems in collaboration with technology and operations teams across stores and cities.
What we're looking for
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
Ability to understand ground-level operational challenges and drive practical solutions.
Strong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to take initiatives from idea to implementation.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across riders, store, warehouse, and tech teams.
Ability to build scalable processes and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
