Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to oversee and coordinate activities across the Cybersecurity function. The role will involve managing cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives, tracking deliverables through Jira, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing regular progress updates to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple cybersecurity functions, including:
• Cyber Strategy & Governance
• Cyber Defence & Engineering
• Cyber Advisory & Incident Response
• Cyber Privacy & Regulatory
• Third-Party Security
• Manage and maintain Jira dashboards for tracking tasks, activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, priorities, dependencies, risks, and delays across cybersecurity initiatives.
• Ensure timely updates and effective task execution within Jira.
• Coordinate collaboration between cybersecurity teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure activities are aligned with organizational cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and objectives.
• Prepare periodic reports covering activity status, key milestones, risks, issues, and delays.
• Act as a liaison between cybersecurity teams and senior management.
• Provide clear and timely updates on program progress, outcomes, and key issues.
• Identify roadblocks and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes and program execution.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including dashboards, task tracking, and reporting.
• Strong project/program management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Understanding of cybersecurity functions, frameworks, and policies.

Eligibility

• Experience: 6–10 years
• Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech
• Candidates should have relevant experience in Program Management / Project Management, preferably within a cybersecurity or IT environment.
• Willingness to work according to the customer calendar

Pay: ₹133,000.00 - ₹141,000.00 per month
