Program Manager

The role

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of client programs across our real-estate practice.

You will take ownership of the structure around complex client work: setting up plans, coordinating people, keeping activity moving, and making sure commitments are delivered to the agreed scope and timeline. You will work closely with clients, internal colleagues, and delivery partners to maintain clarity from the first assessment through implementation and follow-up support.

This is a client-facing role for someone who can manage detail without losing sight of the commercial and operational outcome.

responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of multiple client programs and workstreams.
• Run project kickoffs, establish delivery plans, confirm responsibilities, and maintain clear milestones.
• Coordinate discovery activity to understand the client’s real-estate operation, current needs, and priorities.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure work is delivered to agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
• Maintain program schedules, action logs, risk registers, budgets, and status reporting.
• Lead regular client check-ins and provide clear updates on progress, decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Identify delivery issues early and bring together the right people to resolve them.
• Support the design and rollout of tailored real-estate processes, systems, workflows, or service improvements.
• Ensure clients receive effective handover materials, implementation support, and post-delivery follow-up.
• Coordinate performance reviews against the goals agreed at the start of each engagement.
• Contribute to improving delivery processes, documentation, and client experience across the business.

What you will bring

• Experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, Client Delivery Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar role.
• A track record of managing several concurrent workstreams in a client-focused environment.
• Strong planning, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Confidence working with senior client stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while keeping communication clear and professional.
• Experience using project-management tools, spreadsheets, budgets, and reporting dashboards.
• A practical approach to risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in real estate, property, professional services, construction, facilities, or a related sector is preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
