Program Manager

Our client, a commercial real estate client in Atlanta, is looking for a Program Manager who can lead multiple real estate and facility initiatives from planning through closeout, keeping projects on time and within budget. You'll balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution across design, finance, and vendor management.

This is a 12-month minimum assignment. 3 days per week on-site in Midtown and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Track project health, timelines, and workloads across internal teams and external vendors.
• Prepare capital expenditure requests (CERs), manage project budgets, and maintain forecasts.
• Coordinate across IT, Design, Construction, Operations, and Facilities.
• Maintain facility records, architectural drawings, and design guidelines.
• Identify potential delays and budget overruns early and develop working solutions.
• Present status updates to senior leadership and governance committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in corporate real estate, construction coordination, or facilities.
• PMP preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Strong budgeting and financial tracking skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
