Program Manager

What will your day look like as a Program Manager at ACPS Automotive Querétaro?

As part of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring specific projects and engineering changes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy, commitments, and objectives.

You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on APQP, KPIs, customer requirements, project planning, and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to new projects and engineering changes.
• Manage projects according to the APQP process, internal requirements, and customer-specific requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution and implementation of assigned projects.
• Ensure project commitments, milestones, and objectives are achieved.
• Monitor APQP deliverables and project KPIs.
• Track project planning and financial indicators.
• Identify risks and deviations that could impact project performance.
• Escalate deviations related to project planning, financial indicators, and APQP deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Maintain effective communication and a strong customer-oriented approach throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Mechanical Engineering.
• Manufacturing Engineering.
• Or a related engineering field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
• 3 years of experience in a similar automotive position is preferred.
