About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, proactive problem solver to manage academic operations and deliver an engaging learner experience. The role combines program delivery, learner success and support for developing new programs. You should bring ownership, fresh ideas and a strategic mindset to improve how learners engage and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Operations & Program Delivery

• Manage day-to-day program operations, including session scheduling, academic calendars, faculty coordination and learner communication.
• Ensure sessions, assessments and learning resources are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with academic, content, technology and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.

Learner Engagement & Success

• Track attendance, assessment submissions and learner progress to identify learners who need support.
• Conduct timely outreach and follow-ups to improve participation and program completion.
• Resolve learner queries and concerns with empathy, ownership and clear communication.
• Collect feedback and turn recurring concerns into practical improvements.

Program Development & Innovation

• Support the development and launch of new programs, working with academic, content and delivery teams.
• Bring fresh ideas to improve learner engagement, program completion and NPS.
• Identify learner needs and industry trends to suggest relevant learning experiences, activities and program enhancements.
• Pilot innovative approaches, including AI-enabled learning and automation, and track their impact.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate learner records, trackers and program reports.
• Use data to identify gaps, prioritise actions and improve program outcomes.
• Build simple, scalable processes that improve delivery quality and team efficiency.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Program Completion Rate: Improve the percentage of learners meeting program completion requirements.
• Learner NPS: Improve learner satisfaction through consistent delivery and timely resolution of concerns.
• Learner Engagement: Improve attendance, assessment submissions and participation.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure timely sessions, accurate reporting and closure of learner queries.
• Program Development & Innovation: Contribute to new program launches and measurable improvements in the learning experience.

What We Are Looking For

• A graduate with 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong ownership and initiative are welcome.
• High energy, a learner-first approach and the ability to take work through to completion.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• A problem-solving attitude and the ability to think beyond immediate tasks.
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets, data tracking and digital tools.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and new approaches to learning.
