Program Manager

We build and run expert contributor teams for global AI labs and data companies, with 50,000+ candidates on our network and 1,000+ roles delivered across coding, STEM, research, linguistics, annotation and professional services.

We are hiring a Delivery & Program Associate into the Founder's Office. This is a 3-month paid internship with a full-time offer at the end, based on performance.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day delivery on live AI projects: allocate work across the internal contributor pod, track throughput and quality, and publish end-of-day performance numbers.
2. Review client project specifications and evaluation rubrics, and convert them into clear working instructions for contributors.
3. Act as the first line of response for contributor queries on task logic, platform access, policy and payments, with a defined response-time standard.
4. Build and maintain performance dashboards and trackers in Google Sheets and Excel that drive payout calculation, quality review and weekly client reporting.
5. Support client engagement: attend review calls, record action items, draft status updates and follow up to closure.
6. Assist with contributor onboarding and offboarding, documentation and compliance checks.

Desired candidate profile

1. Graduate of the 2025 or 2026 batch, any discipline. Analytical backgrounds such as engineering, economics, mathematics or statistics are an advantage.
2. Excellent written English. The majority of this role is written communication with clients and contributors.
3. Working proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets. Exposure to SQL, Python or any BI tool is a plus.
4. Strong ownership and follow-through, with the ability to run multiple threads without supervision.
5. Interest in artificial intelligence, model training and evaluation. No prior AI industry experience required.
