Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the launch and scale-up of a state-of-the-art modular manufacturing facility supporting one of the most ambitious AI and hyperscale Data Center developments in North America.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving complex programs across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, commissioning, and product delivery. The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming a large-scale facility into a world-class manufacturing operation, producing modular power and infrastructure solutions for next-generation Data Centers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead cross-functional programs from concept through manufacturing, deployment, and commissioning.
• Develop and manage integrated schedules, milestones, and program execution plans.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, construction, and operations teams.
• Drive program governance, risk management, change control, and executive reporting.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee product readiness, factory acceptance testing (FAT), commissioning, and delivery activities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support facility growth and operational excellence.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale engineering, manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure programs.
• Strong background managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven experience delivering projects from design through production and deployment.
• Expertise in schedule management, program controls, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Experience within Data Centers, power infrastructure, modular construction, manufacturing, or mission-critical environments is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
