Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of the program in the Philippines, ensuring stakeholder alignment, driving adoption, and delivering measurable results.

This role requires a strong combination of program management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial and PR capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall program execution, including timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate and align key stakeholders, including government agencies, SMEs, and partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local program operations and communications
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and updates to the Steering Committee
• Drive stakeholder engagement and participation to ensure program success and adoption

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience working with SMEs, partners, or government-related initiatives is an advantage
• Strong understanding of program delivery, coordination, and reporting frameworks

Work Requirements

• Must be flexible and adaptable to dynamic program needs
• Willing to work beyond standard business hours (including evenings and weekends) when required to capture opportunities and support engagements
