What they need
10–15 years of experience in software delivery; strong background in BFSI / Payments preferred.
Hands-on Scrum Master experience; CSM/PSM certification desirable.
Experience managing multi-stream product upgrade programs.
Strong knowledge of FSS product ecosystem (CMS/PCMS, POS, TMS, ACS 3DS, Reconciliation).
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, integration flows, and deployments.
Excellent written and oral communication; strong customer presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting Indian & MEA banking customers.
Cloud migration or modernisation experience (AWS preferred).
Knowledge of PCI DSS, EMVCo 3DS certification, and RBI compliance frameworks.
Exposure to Agile scaling models (Scrum of Scrums, SAFe-lite within FSS).
