Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Program Planning & Delivery

• Plan and oversee enterprise data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, and data modernization initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into program plans, schedules, measurable deliverables, and operational outcomes.
• Manage multiple related projects and workstreams, including the development and implementation of BI dashboards, enterprise reporting solutions, and analytical data products.

Program Governance, Resources & Risk

• Provide program governance and coordinate delivery across data architecture, data engineering, BI development, data analysis, and QA/QC teams.
• Oversee program budgets and resource allocation to support delivery priorities and organizational objectives.
• Manage program risks and change control to maintain alignment with program plans and expected outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Reporting

• Engage business stakeholders and technical teams to align business priorities, solution requirements, and delivery activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and project teams to support the delivery of integrated data and analytics solutions.
• Provide executive reporting on program progress, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8 or more years of experience managing technology programs or complex IT projects, with demonstrated experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data platform initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, stakeholders, and technical delivery teams concurrently.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data integration, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, reporting, and analytics platforms.
• Experience overseeing the development and implementation of BI dashboards, enterprise reporting solutions, and analytical data products.
• Familiarity with BI platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or comparable enterprise reporting tools.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, data modernization initiatives, and enterprise data architecture concepts.
• Demonstrated experience in program planning, scheduling, budget management, resource allocation, risk management, and change control.
• Experience with program governance, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable program plans, measurable deliverables, and operational outcomes.
