Integration Programme Lead

• $120 - $140 per hour

The opportunity

A PE-backed business is about to acquire two businesses wants to appoint an interim Integration Programme Lead to build and run the integration office.

The role will take a lead role from point of signature. This is a hands-on, high-visibility mandate with direct access to the executive team and the investor.

What you'll do

• Set up and lead the integration management office: governance, cadence, RAID log and steering committee reporting.
• Build and drive a 100-day integration plan across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Payroll, IT, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Identify and mobilise workstream leads across all three businesses.
• Own the integration communication plan for employees, customers and suppliers.
• Lead change management: map process differences, define target ways of working and drive adoption.
• Protect business continuity, manage the critical path, and give the CEO decision-ready information.

What you bring

• Strong communication and relationship building capabilities, likely developed within a consulting environment during your career.
• You will have led multi-entity post-acquisition integrations, ideally cross-border and PE-backed, including 100-day plans and an integration management office.
• You have hands-on change management and stakeholder communication experience.
• You are credible with a CEO, an executive team and investors, and equally willing to drive detailed execution.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity, pace and strict confidentiality.
• You are based in the US Eastern time zone, contract Corp-to-Corp, and are open to some travel.
