Program Manager:

Salary Range: $130K to $170K

Must have Advanced degree (minimum, master’s degree) in a relevant field from an accredited university.

Contingent offer based on contract award.

Must have at least 8+ years of experience in a leadership position directing projects teams to ensure that project management, quality management, performance, risk/issue management are integrated within the program and closely followed. Must have provable scenarios of the above experience areas in subject resume.

Experience working in Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is preferred.

Must have or be able to obtain Tier 1 level DHS Background investigation.

Remote work will be authorized.

Must have FOIA work experience with provable scenarios in subject resumes in the following areas and perform these tasks with your hired team:

· FOIA case processing (e.g., routine, backlogged, appeal, and litigation cases);

· FOIA process and system improvements;

· FOIA systems and tools;

· FOIA reporting and shared IT work environments;

· FOIA technical knowledge.

Must have FOIA program management administration experience with provable scenarios in subject resume in the following areas and perform these tasks with your hired team:

· Kick-Off meeting;

· Non-Disclosure agreements;

· Registering employees into government access system;

· Program Management Plan development and delivery;

· Performing weekly and monthly program reporting;

· Performing monthly financial reports;

· Performing project status meetings;

· Performing ad-hoc meetings;

· Performing annual summary reports.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
