About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and manage strategic programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in program planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery execution.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple projects and programs from initiation through completion.
• Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular program status updates.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within the agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

• 10+ years of professional experience, with relevant experience in program or project management.
• Proven experience managing complex programs and multiple projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
