About The Role We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Program Manager to lead end-to-end production management, product development timelines, and cross-functional workstreams. Operating remotely in Sri Lanka with periodic team meetings in Colombo, you will build and monitor Program Timing & Action (T&A) schedules, enforce vendor compliance guidelines, oversee customer purchase orders, and coordinate directly with overseas cross-functional teams and external sales partners.

Responsibilities

• Program Timing & Action (T&A): Build, manage, and monitor detailed Program Timing & Action schedules, tracking key milestone progress from initial product development through to final factory ship dates.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate weekly program review meetings and maintain continuous alignment across cross-functional product development, production, quality, and sales teams.
• Vendor & Retailer Compliance: Review, maintain, and enforce customer manuals, vendor compliance guidelines, and retailer-specific operating procedures.
• Purchase Order & Sales Operations: Review, sign, and process customer purchase orders (POs) and sales confirmations, assisting in resolving sales order discrepancies promptly.
• Production & Logistics Tracking: Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics partners to ensure goods are produced and shipped according to vendor guidelines and required on-time delivery dates.
• Issue Resolution & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve quality, production, or shipping bottlenecks with cross-functional partners to prevent schedule delays.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Finance / Management Accounting.
• Years of Experience: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated experience in production management, product development tracking, or program management within consumer products, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• ERP & Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience operating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is strictly required, alongside high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multi-tiered project timelines, scope dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Communication & Flexibility: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work evening hours to align with US-based teams.
