Project Management Manager – Creative & Digital Delivery

Role Overview

The Project Management Manager – Creative & Digital Delivery is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of creative, marketing, and digital delivery programs. This role oversees project timelines, resource allocation, delivery governance, team performance, and stakeholder alignment to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations and quality standards.

The role provides strategic and operational leadership to a team of project leads, analysts, and coordinators, driving process improvements, strengthening delivery frameworks, and fostering a high-performance project management culture. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with hands-on experience in resource planning, client engagement, operational governance, and cross-functional team leadership.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within creative agencies, marketing services, digital delivery, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects or multiple client delivery programs.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing project managers, project leads, and coordinators.
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, project governance, resource planning, and operational process improvement.
• Experience in budget monitoring, utilization forecasting, performance reporting, risk management, and delivery compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to align project execution with business objectives, client requirements, and organizational priorities.
• Experience with project management platforms, reporting tools, and collaboration systems.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, PMI-ACP®, SAFe®, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are an advantage.

• Lead a portfolio of large-scale creative, marketing, and digital delivery programs across multiple teams, accounts, and geographies.
• Establish project objectives, delivery plans, success metrics, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Monitor overall program performance, identify delivery risks, resolve bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure projects meet agreed service-level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and client commitments.
