Job Description

• Manage customer projects from kick-off to SOP in accordance with the GDPEP process.
• Define internal project milestones and align timelines with customer requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer and internal project communications.
• Coordinate sample builds with cross-functional teams as per customer project timelines.
• Manage Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) and track implementation.
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are effectively monitored.
• Nominate cross-functional team members for customer projects.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly project review meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain familiarity with VDA processes and applicable project management requirements.
