Program Manager

Role Description The Program Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing talent referral programs and recruitment initiatives within the food industry. This role includes designing and managing structured referral processes, coordinating with client companies to understand hiring needs, and ensuring timely, high-quality candidate recommendations. The Program Manager will track program performance, optimize workflows, and maintain clear communication with both hiring organizations and job seekers. They will develop simple documentation, guidelines, and communication plans to support consistent delivery of services. The role also involves monitoring industry trends in food production, quality, and R&D to align referral programs with current market demands.

• Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• Relevant experience in recruitment, HR, or program coordination, preferably in the food or manufacturing sector, is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in food science, HR management, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is advantageous.
