Key Responsibilities Program Manager – Social, Environmental & Economic Resilience (HEA) Lead Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, efficient program implementation for child and family resilience
• Lead disaster preparedness and emergency response strategies
• Build strategic partnerships to expand impact
• Manage budgets and deliver measurable results
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Agronomy, Economics, Ecology (Postgraduate preferred)
• Advanced English
• 5+ years in social projects & emergency response leadership
• Valid driver’s license
