- Lead month-end financial close activities and maintain an audit-ready documentation trail
- Produce portfolio reporting for leadership forums, including budget vs. actuals, run-rate, contingency, and benefits progress
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform scope, timing, and sourcing trade-offs
- Oversee vendor and contract financials in partnership with Procurement, ensuring alignment with commercial terms
- Align with Corporate Finance and Controllership on accounting treatment, capitalization, and reporting standards
- Guide and coach a team of analysts, setting and upholding quality standards
- Oversee multiple delivery project teams, supporting on-schedule and on-budget delivery to approved scope

- Contribute to portfolio budget performance against the approved capital plan
- Plan and monitor project progress to ensure milestones are being met across the full project lifecycle
- Manage resources, risks, and issues across projects, taking appropriate mitigation measures
- Coordinate project interdependencies and align deliverables across workstreams and programs
- Manage stakeholders involved across projects and the broader program
Skills
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and change control for large transformation programs
- Proven ability to establish finance governance and internal controls across multiple workstreams
- Familiarity with ERP-led transformations and multi-vendor portfolio environments
- Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated people leadership including coaching analysts and maintaining quality oversight
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience with large and complex projects up to $10M or greater
- Proven experience leading large-scale software implementations across requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization

- Experience with benefits tracking and value realization in a program context
- Experience in regulated or asset-intensive environments preferred
- 10+ years of project and program management experience with demonstrated delivery of complex, multi-workstream technology programs
Qualifications
