A leading Dallas-based contract manufacturer of PCB assemblies and electrical components is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to take full ownership of key customer programs—from initial quote through final shipment.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer partnership, operational execution, and commercial performance . You will be the single point of accountability for your customers, ensuring commitments are met, challenges are solved, and programs are delivered on time, on spec, and on margin.

What You’ll Do

Own the Customer Relationship

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trust and long-term partnerships
• Lead business reviews, manage escalations, and ensure a proactive communication cadence
• Translate customer needs into clear internal priorities and execution plans

Drive Program Execution End-to-End

• Own the full lifecycle from RFQ and quoting through NPI, production ramp, and delivery
• Develop timelines, manage milestones, and ensure on-time, high-quality execution
• Align customer expectations with operations, engineering, and supply chain capabilities

Protect Margin and Commercial Performance

• Support accurate quoting and maintain disciplined pricing and change management
• Partner with Finance to track program performance and protect profitability
• Ensure scope changes are properly evaluated, communicated, and captured

Lead Through Influence

• Coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales
• Drive accountability without direct authority in a fast-paced environment
• Escalate risks early and bring forward solutions

Solve Problems and Improve Systems

• Lead response to quality, delivery, and cost challenges using structured problem-solving
• Drive engineering changes with clarity on scope, impact, and timing
• Capture lessons learned and improve processes across quoting, NPI, and execution

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in program management, customer-facing roles, or operations leadership within manufacturing
• Proven experience owning programs from quote through production and delivery
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand cost, pricing, and margin drivers
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving results
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and internal stakeholders

Preferred

• Experience in PCB, electronics manufacturing, or other complex/high-mix environments
• PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma exposure
