Your Role

• Lead Automotive Transformation Programs - Drive end-to-end consulting and digital transformation initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Mobility, Network Aftersales.
• Own Client Delivery Stakeholder Management - Manage project execution, lead cross-functional teams, and engage with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Drive Business Growth - Support RFPs, proposals, client presentations, account growth, and new business opportunities.
• Build Consulting Practice Thought Leadership - Develop industry insights, frameworks, thought leadership assets, and mentor junior team members.

Your Profile

• 12-18 years of Consulting Experience with strong exposure to the Automotive industry and transformation programs.
• Domain Expertise in areas such as Sales Transformation, Digital Retail, Marketing, Customer Experience, Dealer Networks, Aftersales, or Mobility solutions.
• Strong Functional Digital Knowledge across automotive sales, dealer operations, CRM, customer analytics, digital platforms, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Consulting Leadership Skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, team leadership, business development, and exposure to AI-driven transformation opportunities.
