Program Manager – E-commerce Operations

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Program Manager to manage enterprise partner operations, business analysis, and process improvement. The role involves approximately 50% program management and 50% data analysis, supporting large-scale B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and workflows for enterprise partner programs.
• Coordinate with business partners, internal teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze large Excel datasets, reconcile records, and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and drive resolution.
• Track open issues, manage escalations, and improve operational processes.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Develop scalable workflows to support program growth.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, customer support, business development, or business operations, preferably in technology.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations and take ownership of issues.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Plano, TX, five days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing B2B enterprise accounts or partner programs.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing tools.
• Experience in e-commerce, sales operations, or cross-functional business operations.
