Program Manager (Electronics Manufacturing)

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
• Basic salary up $8500 + VB
• East Area

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources and budgets
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians and key stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Monitor program progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Identify project risks and establish mitigation and recovery plans
• Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards
• Manage project budgets, expenditure and financial reporting
• Provide regular program updates and status reports to senior management
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of project / program management experience within manufacturing
• Strong exposure to Semiconductor, Life Sciences and/or Medical industries
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong customer and stakeholder management capabilities
• Good commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and project planning skills
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to engage senior stakeholders and support both local and regional business growth
