Process Improvement: Implement program management best practices and standardized tools to support efficient program execution.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise program updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and dependencies, recommend mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.

2-3 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in new product development.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, or related field.

MBA is a plus but not required.

Ability to be onsite in the office for a minimum of 4 days a week.
