Job Description
- Deep knowledge of Epic refuel methodology, Nova Notes, integrated testing, and Epic governance best practices
- OCM expertise with demonstrated success changing long-standing clinical culture and driving adoption in legacy Epic environments
- Strong stakeholder skills: credible with C-suite, clinical chiefs, and technical teams; able to be the external voice that mirrors internal leadership
- Program delivery skills: PMO setup, resource/capacity planning, vendor management, and benefits tracking
