Responsibilities

• Evaluate, prioritize, and govern new enterprise technology project requests based on strategic alignment, business value, impact, urgency, risks, and available funding or resource capacity.
• Serve as the central point of contact for project demand submissions and facilitate reviews with executive leaders, clinicians, governance committees, sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage projects through scope, schedule, budget, benefits, implementation, operational readiness, and closeout, including financial management, ROI analysis, and capital versus operating expense considerations.
• Lead requirements gathering, business process documentation and redesign, technical design collaboration, testing, validation, acceptance, change management, communication planning, and transition activities.
• Maintain demand lifecycle visibility and project governance artifacts in ServiceNow, including status reporting, RAID logs, issues, escalations, decisions, and resolution tracking.

Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare IT project management experience, including senior-level delivery within a hospital or health system IT environment.
• Proven experience managing business-critical strategic projects from concept through implementation and closeout, delivering on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Demonstrated expertise in business case development, ROI analysis, project financial management, requirements definition and validation, and process redesign across multiple functional areas.
• Strong executive-level communication, stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, facilitation, documentation, and distributed-team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of project management best practices and EPMO standards; PMP certification preferred, though extensive relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of certification.
