We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead high-profile executive engagement programs, live activations, strategic events, and partner experiences . This role will be responsible for planning and executing impactful experiences that strengthen business relationships, showcase innovation, and support strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized program leader with a background in experiential marketing, executive programs, event production, partnerships, or field marketing. They thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at navigating ambiguity, and have experience engaging senior executives and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, experiential marketing, partnerships, field marketing, event production, or related disciplines.
• Proven success leading live activations or complex event programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives, business leaders, and external stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-changing environments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing product launch programs, demonstration events, or partner enablement initiatives.
• Experience leading multi-market or international activations.
• Background supporting VIP guests, executive stakeholders, or high-profile programs.
• Experience within technology, media, entertainment, sports, fashion, or creator-focused industries.
• Experience facilitating training, enablement, or onboarding programs.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered tools to improve workflows, reporting, productivity, and program execution.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices and emerging technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of live activations, executive experiences, and strategic partner engagements.
• Design and deliver compelling experiences ranging from large-scale events to intimate executive meetings.
• Develop and present executive-ready narratives, presentations, and product showcases for business leaders and strategic partners.
• Support senior leaders during high-visibility engagements and special initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute programs, test new approaches, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate logistics, staffing, inventory, scheduling, and operational readiness for events and activations.
• Develop project plans, maintain documentation, manage timelines, and track deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Train internal stakeholders on onboarding processes and best practices to ensure a seamless participant experience.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Operations, Policy, and Security teams to execute successful programs.
• Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 50%).
