Program Manager, Executive Experiences

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Executive Experiences to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will oversee global, end-to-end program management for executive-level experiences that support senior leaders and strengthen high-impact engagement initiatives. The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, improve repeatable processes, and ensure polished execution across a complex portfolio of programs. It will also play a key role in budgeting, communications, reporting, and the creation of scalable documentation that supports long-term program maturity.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing multifaceted initiatives, with an emphasis on coordination, organization, and continuous improvement. Success in this role will require the ability to balance competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and deliver consistent outcomes in a fast-paced global environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead global end-to-end operational program management for flagship executive experiences
• Build, maintain, and evolve repeatable playbooks and best practices documentation
• Coordinate and manage global budget planning and tracking
• Own executive-ready program communications and reporting
• Drive ongoing operational improvements and process innovation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketing or events
• Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
• Experience managing budgets, creating playbooks, and operational documentation for scaled program maturity
