Role Description The Program Manager for Australia Opportunities will lead and manage programs focused on Australian immigration pathways, study options, and related visa services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Australia and involves supervising day-to-day operations, including client case management, documentation review, and coordination with internal consultants and external stakeholders. The Program Manager will design and implement program plans, track progress against timelines, and ensure compliance with Australian immigration requirements and company standards. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations, overseeing application workflows, preparing reports on program performance, and continuously improving service delivery processes. The role also includes training team members, addressing escalations, and collaborating with management to develop new offerings and outreach initiatives for the Australia segment.

Qualifications

• Strong program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring multiple client cases and initiatives.
• Knowledge of Australian immigration, education, and visa processes, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant rules and regulations.
• Excellent client-facing skills, including consultation, needs assessment, and the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, coordinate cross-functional work, and manage performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, CRM or case-management software).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Management, International Relations, Law, or a related discipline; advanced certifications in immigration or counseling are an advantage.
