Program Manager (HR Programs)

10+ years of experience

• Expertise in project delivery (plans, tracking, issues). Know when team members can track their own work below milestones and when delivery leads need to lean in and track work at a lower level.

• Comfortably handle risk and uncertainty. Can shift gears comfortably.

• Communicates effectively with project team by providing clear messages to team without ambiguity and identifies communication barriers within the team and help solve barriers

• Able to develop agendas and facilitate meaningful discussion for small/medium projects with minimal supervision

• Actively manage and, when required, identify need to align expectations for programs/projects with stakeholders (in partnership with ECO delivery leadership)

• Leadership communication (clear, simple, from their frame of reference)

• Demonstrate ability to coalesce a wide range of differing opinions (e.g., related to a solution, project issue or risk, etc.) and get to an answer from which the initiative can proceed

• Ability to break problems into smaller pieces and resolve small to medium complexity problem within the working teams. Know when to escalate large problems and provide overview of situation, options/recommendation on a solutions or what is needed to resolve.

• Has a foundational understanding of change management

• Can draft, maintain, and own some change deliverables and executes aspects of the change plan (e.g., communications or training).

• Experience working in HR domain

• Nice to have: Experience with JIRA, product and agile teams, using OKRs, Workday
