Description Are you excited to drive high-visibility labor and equipment planning across a network wide operational portfolio? TOM Planning, Design, and Execution (TPDE) is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a record of achieving results, to own and execute key planning initiatives across Labor Planning and Equipment Planning. TOM TPDE is dedicated to optimizing workforce deployment, fleet utilization, and planning accuracy through the implementation of data-driven models and scalable mechanisms, ensuring TOM-managed yards are staffed, equipped, and operationally ready. Our team supports 700+ TOM-managed yards across the US and Canada supporting various Amazon lines of business.

You will work cross-functionally and across geographies, partnering with Managers and Senior Managers to understand, implement, and improve TOM's Short-Term Labor Plan, equipment allocation strategies, and 3P procurement mechanisms. The work balances program ownership with tactical execution, influencing stakeholders and driving measurable outcomes.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage implementation across a group of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Contribute to OP1/OP2 narratives while providing ongoing operational support
  • Use data and metrics to track program health, identify improvements, and report results to leadership
  • Partner with field leadership to translate model outputs into actionable execution guidance and close the loop on variance to plan
