We are seeking an experienced Program Manager III to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting product launches, regulatory compliance programs, and strategic legal operations within a leading technology organization. This role requires a highly organized program manager who can coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and bring structure to rapidly evolving projects.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with experience supporting legal, compliance, regulatory, or policy-related initiatives and is comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program management for multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring successful execution of milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across legal, compliance, policy, operations, product, and business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain project plans, dashboards, trackers, risk registers, and executive status reports.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving timely mitigation and resolution.
• Develop scalable program frameworks, playbooks, processes, and templates to improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate program reviews, retrospectives, and lessons-learned sessions.
• Support implementation and adoption of new processes, tools, and systems through change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools and automation solutions to streamline workflows, reporting, meeting summaries, documentation, and knowledge management.
• Communicate effectively with executives, legal professionals, business leaders, and external partners.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience within the technology industry.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with competing priorities and interdependencies.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies and frameworks such as RAID logs, RACI matrices, project plans, and risk management.
• Experience supporting legal, compliance, regulatory, policy, governance, or risk-related programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
