Program Manager – Insurance Transformation

We are currently supporting a major player in the insurance sector looking for a Program Manager to lead a strategic transformation program.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design the end-to-end program structure and roadmap

• Coordinate multiple interdependent projects

• Manage program governance and Steering Committees

• Oversee key deliverables such as business requirements, customer journeys and program roadmap

• Ensure program delivery on time, on scope and on budget

• Support change management activities including communication and training rollout

• Manage stakeholders across business, transformation and IT teams

Profile

• Strong experience in program or transformation management

• Proven ability to manage complex multi-project environments

• Excellent stakeholder and governance management skills

• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
