Program Manager, Internal Systems

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Internal Systems to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space.

This role will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of internal systems initiatives that keep core operations running smoothly. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to translate integration needs into clear workflows, improve efficiency through automation, and support strong operational governance. The position also plays an important role in audit readiness, vendor coordination, and ongoing communication with senior stakeholders.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Run programs to maintain internal systems and support project execution
• Translate integration goals into detailed project plans and workflows
• Identify and automate repetitive internal tasks to improve efficiency
• Facilitate ongoing reviews and status updates for internal systems health
• Support compliance and audit readiness in partnership with Security and Finance
• Develop and document internal systems strategies and standards
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to align priorities and facilitate execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or a closely related field within a fast-growing tech company
• Proven success in managing cross-functional programs from inception to completion
• Experience coordinating integrations across modern software stacks
• Familiarity with managing vendors, contracts, and renewals
• Strong automation skills, using scripts or no-code/low-code tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality execution
