Program Manager (L&D Ops)

Role Overview

It plays a pivotal role in enabling continuous learning and capability development across the analytics organization.

This role ensures the smooth execution of learning programs, manages opertional logistics, and supports data-driven decision-making to enhance workforce performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Coordination & Delivery

Manage end-to-end logistics for learning programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of training initiatives.

Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules across teams.

2. Learning Systems & Tools

Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and compliance tracking.

Troubleshoot user issues and liaise with IT or vendors for resolution.

Project Manage the development (if any) with the LMS partner and stakeholders of the interconnected systems to ensure seamless dataflow.

3. Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze learning metrics (e.g., participation, completion rates, feedback scores).

Generate dashboards and insights to inform L&D strategy and ROI.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with business units to understand skill gaps and align learning solution. Support managers and team leads in identifying relevant learning paths for their teams.

5. Process Improvement

Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to streamline L&D workflows.

Maintain SOPs and documentation for all learning operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduation degree preferable in HR, Business, Education, or related field.

7–10 years of experience in L&D operations, preferably in a data-driven or analytics-focused organization.

Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Disprz, Workday).

Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
